In a nut shell, no its not legal.
Actually, almost anything you do to a car is not "legal"
Any kind of alterations done to a vehicles suspension, engine, transmission, and lighting is considered illegal.
Does that stop anyone? No!

lol yep. as long as you're not driving like a tard, cops seem to ignore you. Over here, they've been targeting the muscle more recently and ignoring the rice. Mustangs, SUVs, Magnums... ive seen this one cop roll past an mr2 with some real bank put into it and end up pullin over a guy shavin his face in his bmw lol it was great
so yeah moral is, yeah what we're all doing is... yeah technically illegal. But seriously, they got bigger things to worry about.... unless they're having a bad day. In which case, they'll give you a ticket for having an aftermarket exhaust. Just remove it before your court date, have a cop sign off on it, and they'll reduce your fine. its all cat and mouse in my book

Yep, the idea is to avoid any unwanted attention.
Just so i don't grab any unwanted extra attention, i'm going with Spoon's N1 B-Pipe and Exhaust... It may be pricey, but its not exaggerating its noise level. Still high performance, but with a stock look. They see some guy with a loud ass 120 mm cannon, they're gonna look long enough to decide whether to pop your hood or not....

lol ! thats ridiculous. Glad i don't live near there. The meet is in Dublin, right? cuz cops over there are kinda used to havin meets at that park in the parking lot. They'll prolly just roll by expecting some RSXs, S2000s, and Supras.... Instead they'll run into us i hope they don't ask us stupid questions
