anyone else fit fog up? Alot!
It seems like ever time I step in my fit, it fogs up. Its kinda annoying. I turn of the a/c switch to the last setting and tat fixes it quickly, is there anyway to prevent the windows from fogging up? Its kinda annoying. Also sorry for the incredibly newbish question.

i know, but the fit seems to be the most prone to fog up, more so than any other car I've ridden in.
Perhaps it is because of the huge percentage of glass that the fit consists of.
I mean its a small car, with lots of glass.

Funny you say that.I just got home from driving about 10 minute's ago and had to get out and wipe my window's down for a second time(I live in Florida so it happen's on every car I've owned). It's 78 with about 90% humidity in WINTER like normal right now!I do think your right about all the glass for such a small car and this happening. But I don't mind that much cause I like the open feeling it give's the car.

The Fit seems to me to actually fog up slower than my previous cars.
My '01 civic coupe and '86 civic sedan fogged up in a split second and
fogged up more.
My Fit fogs up fastish compared to our minivan but it gets rid of its fog
faster than any car I have used.
I have noticed in my previous cars and friends cars that the windows seem to fog faster and more when there are less windows. Atleast the Fit
has so much window area that you stand a chance of seeing out! haha
This car also seems to fog on the outside way, WAY less than my previous
two hondas, and again it clears quicker too! yeah
try to keep fresh air(outside) circulating, dont use the recirculate side
as much as your breath and body heat (as well as interior temp) will
fog the windows up in a hurry.
Bringing home a Pizza will put me into a frosted snowglobe if I dont either crack a window or vent in some outside air. mmmmmmm pizza...damn
now I am hungry again.

A few weeks ago i was waiting in my car for my mom to get out of the store and OMG did it fog! I couldnt see a thing, it was pretty cool. But when she got back i had to wait like 5 mins for it to clear out. What causes it to fog only sometimes?

^^^ the proper ratio of temp and humidity. (an example would be - a cold day with a warm and humid interior)
The one that used to be a real trip for me was when my old civic would glaze the window when i had the A/C on, it looked like a shuttle on re-entry!
The Fit doesnt seem to do that as much...but it was funky^^^

The fit seems to trap air inside really well, and keeps the air there. So if you don't roll down your window often, you're probably going to have alot of water vapors inside the car. And when it gets cold outside, the glass turns cold really fast causing the vapors to stick to the glass at a fast rate. Therefore...FOG INSIDE YOUR CAR!!!!
The fog outside your car happens when your windshield if colder than the vapors outside so that your windshield actually is cooling the water outside.
And Frogs happen when you drive into a lake and a frog swims by you. BEWARE OF FROGS!
My advice is to keep your windshield warm as possible while holding your breath to not increase the vapors inside. Or... row down your window a little to let some of the water vapor out while keeping the glass as warm as possible.

I fog up really quickly! On the occasions when there are 4-5 in the car, it is a constant fog battle - turn up the defrost and I can't breathe in the front (too hot)- open a window and those darn passengers in the back complain about the cold air.
I put it down to the interior space in the Fit as I had no problem in my minivan. (It sucked in every other way though LOL)
It bugs me though when I have to drive with the A/C on much of the time - decreasing my mileage.
