Any US owners ever import the stuff we didn't get?

Hi,
I'm new here. I'm not a Fit owner yet, but I have driven one and have been researching them lately. I am interested in some of the options that the US Fits don't have;

Rear disc brakes
I believe I saw a Fit with signals in the mirrors.
Plus the bluetooth, and other options like CD changers, etc.
Navigation

Has anyone looked into importing this stuff? I am curious if the radio is swappable, as well as if the disc brakes just bolt on as long as you have the rotors and calipers and brackets.

Anyway, just trying to figure this stuff out before I buy a Fit.

Thanks!

EDIT: Oh yeah, I think I read about LED taillights too.

For radios, Asian countries use different FM frequencies for the stations. There are adapters to correct it, but will probably only work for aftermarket units.

And for some reason, MD is still popular in japan
