dry and broken car window weatherstrip seals

We have 2009 Honda Fit Sport. The weatherstrip seals of the left rear door window and the driver side door window came off. What do we have to do? Do we have to replace the molding trim?

The rubber seal is damaged and came out from the wetherstrip moulding trim.
Part are Honda Part No.: 72450-TF0-003 (Molding Assy., L. FR. Door) and Honda Part No.: 72950-TF0-003 (Molding Assy., L. RR. Door)? Could we just buy rubber seal / felt and somehow insert into the current trim?

Hi there,

I have the same issue on my rear door and I am looking to replace the dry rotted weatherstrip from my 2010 Sport.

I'm having trouble trying to decipher if the part is Honda 72950-TF0-003 or Honda 72910-TF0-003? Or do both parts need to be purchased to replace the weatherstrip?

Links to the parts:

Thank you in advanced for the assistance.
