In this pic: You'll notice that the garnish sits flush with the top of the rear bumper.
Now in THIS pic:
You'll see the huge gap between where the garnish ends and the bumper begins (along with a lot of dirt) :P

i picked 1 up, bought some primer, paint and clear coat. i got it all ready to paint but its too windy to paint so probly tomorrow. i should have it installed by monday or so. ill have some pics up then.
