actually no it doesn't match up even remotely close to the Mugen piece.

In this pic: You'll notice that the garnish sits flush with the top of the rear bumper.

Now in THIS pic:

You'll see the huge gap between where the garnish ends and the bumper begins (along with a lot of dirt) :P

Just to clarify as I wasn't clear enough in my original post, the piece that I'm talking about is the chrome piece under the H emblem!

I'll through a big hint your way. The yellow Fit has a JDM rear bumper, Yuf has a USDM bumper. The USDM bumper is thicker than the JDM one. That's why his has a big gap.

yup what he said...it couldn't be more simple someone make a LED 3rd brakelight as well please. i don't want to pay $100+ for the jdm one hehe.

i picked 1 up, bought some primer, paint and clear coat. i got it all ready to paint but its too windy to paint so probly tomorrow. i should have it installed by monday or so. ill have some pics up then.

pnz, how are you planning to fasten the garnish to your hatch? are you going to use double sided tape or drill?
