i think the amber ones will look correct. im curious about the wiring harness. do you buy this too? where does it plug into or do you have to splice some wiring?

the clear ones would probably go really good with the ssm color though. look for some pics of people with the side markers on a ssm to see what you like.

from what I understand, yes you will need to splice into some wiring. Depending on how you want your sidemarkers to function will dictate how to splice them.

If you want them to be off normally, but blink when the turn signal blinks (which is how I believe the actual JDM/EDM Fit/Jazz sidemarkers to function), then you would splice into the wiring for the turn signal.

If you want them to be on whenever your headlights/parking lights are on, then splice into your parking lights' harness...I think.

I just got my set of ambers in from PW:JDM and I have yet to install them...I'm still a bit intimidated at the idea of cutting into my fenders. Also I think I may actually swap to the clear ones now...still undecided.

just a side note...The amber ones are EDM and the clear ones are JDM.

do the ones off passwordjdm give you the wireing to splice in to your harness or just the light it self?

you can buy the wiring harnesses for them for a few extra bucks...basically it's the connector for the socket with 2 wires coming out of it...nothing fancy

Talking DC5 are the way to go.

I have the clear DC5 side markers with the Password:JDM harness. Mine are hooked up to my turn signals as opposed to the parking lights.

One note though. The bulbs in the clear side markers are white. They look great, but I was expecting amber bulbs when I bought them.

you could replace the bulb with OEM 02-05 Civic Si sidemarker bulbs. They are the same size as the DC5 and they are amber bulbs.
