Thanks DOHCtor... The gasket doesn't seem very pliable and I am concerned with how well it will do with 10 PSI... I can probably find longer bolts and if a bit too long some flat washers to put enough torque to hold it tight.....

If you are worried Tex you could always put a light coat of rtv or silicone on the gasket using a q-tip or something.

It should be fine under boost. When torqued down there will not be a whole lot of surface area, so even at 20psi+, I would wager the gasket is not going to blow out.

Personately, after having stripped a bolt this summer, i would find 5 studs that are long enough and call it quit!! I will probably do it for the manifolds and for the coil packs when i'm gonna have my engine rebuilded and\or the stock intake manifold back on!
