The CRZ and the european Civic have both 6 speed. The L15 Civic and the R18 Civic look very similar but the middle (clutch case)) is different. I will try that in a few month and get back to you

random thought what if we put the r18 motor in the fit, i havent even checked if there is any aftermarket support for that motor but the .3 liters of displacement would be nice for boost!

I don't think it would be a good choice as this engine was constructed for fuel economy and low sound pressure level. This answers why there's not much aftermarket support.

R18 can be boosted. Article in last months honda tuning. Not much support for that motor at all. Starting to come around. Do they even have vtec? Dont think so. K swap. Enough said.

well, having a 6spd gearbox in the GD3 is more like a hope i can have issue.

since change to another ride in Spore is extremly tough, hope giving the car new parts will help.

Why waste the money on swapping one in the fit? Your going to have a hard time finding them other than at a dealer. At that price, you could have a kswap.

I hope you guys realize that even in the event the bellhousing mounts to the block you still have to make everything else clear and line up. Including the VSS, axles, shift linkage and input shaft.

For that amount of time and money I would stick with the GD's 5MT and just get an LSD, have someone machine a taller final drive and boost the L15.

one thing i learned in this car industry is that. IF u have money...there are support. but if u don't have money, forget about swapping anything. just live with what u have and be happy. Dont do things ghetto !

Ur fit is a JDM fit i would imagin, so i would think it would be pretty direct to swap !....for our USDM fit..there are so much different..i may look the same
