where to buy turbo manifold for internal wastegate T25?

it is alot cheaper to put one together yourrrself. the most expensive parts are the turbo itself and engine management. oh and the fab work for the manifold if you dont weld or have any friends that weld. i am going to be able to put this kit together for 1/6th of what i paid for my T1R kit.

You think you'll be able to get as much HP out of a custom build than what you got out of the t1r?

no, because the turbo i have is an internal wastegate. the numbers i will be putting down will be similar to the HKS kit. the only good thing about it is that it will probably be about 15-20 lbs lighter than the T1R kit or the HKS kit.

i actually think the externaml wastegate makes no difference at all with how much power youll make, simply a better way to regulate boost and not get boost creep.

External is way more efficient. The easier the gas can flow the quicker the turbine will spin. I would go external but the turbo i have is already set up for internal and like nighthawk said, its more reliable when it comes to boost spikes.its an oem turbo. Im not going for power im going for a nice gain and oem reliability

Being that it's a budget build aside from the aem will you use anything else brand name like the bov or intercooler?

ill probably use my knock off greddy bov from my T1R kit and a boomslang harness. but other than that, everything is going to be custom. the turbo and the intercooler is off an evo.

well considering you can get a log style cast manifold for about 200-300 bucks from a few companies in china, then have to modify it or i can make one for about 100 bucks and use that extra money for something else.
