They're not talking about with a stock ECU. It probably won't even be streetable.

Emissions is my biggest concern, but besides that, the ease of driving it on the street. Anyone ever driven a 300WHP N/A civic to work every day?

I will settle for a 140hp fit that is streetable but mpg would suck when you are on the throttle. keeping the rpms under 3k is the key.
