Post your mpg with your sc or turbo fit.
So, not that Im getting a sc or turbo any time soon. But I am genuinly curious how adding a turbo or sc to your fit has affected your mpg rating if at all. So if you have a sc or turbo please post your before and after mpg ratings. Obvoiusly when you go turbo or sc your going to be using the throttle a little more because of the increased fun factor but if you were to drive normally what kind of mpgs can be reached?

For real?
I haven't even tried keeping track of my MPG's since I have too much fun hammering the hell out of my car. Maybe I'll try with my next fill up but 50MPG's?!!?!??

KWSC manual Stock I was getting 38 to 39.5 now 33 to 34 if I can keep my foot out of it.... I think that it may be getting better than it did stock at highway speeds and I am really being light on the throttle lately..... I have 257 miles on the odometer and 3/8 of a tank left.

I just started trying to drive as economically as possible today. 60MPH tops, slow accelerations from the stop light, drafting behind vehicles on the highway, etc...
This is frickin' hard to do in NY!

The mileage problem is because the car performs like a mid 70s VW Rabbit with out the boost and like a small displacement rally car when the boost is on..... You have to remember that the throttle works 2 ways and that is sometimes very hard to do after driving without boost for awhile.

A tad over 32MPG last tank... 100+ MPH a few times, a couple of hours of city driving,200 miles at 60-65, the rest pushing it fairly hard on scenic back roads in 100+ heat most of the time and never under 95 degree temperature so the A/C was always on.

hows your mileage been? I'm getting in the 30's still.

Whenever I go 10PSI and get the AEM fuel and ignition controller I think I'l get better mileage, if leonine is to stay around and turn me onto some tuning information....... leonine, where have you been so long and why????? Us lesser mortals are glad that you are back and hope that you will stay.
