whats the best Cat back exhaust thats the also the quietiest

i have a custom cat-back exhaust that is i guess way to loud for the cops so i want to know if there is on thats good and also kinda quiet

Exactly my thought. Get any b-pipe, e. g. Spoon, J's Racing or Megan Racing and combine it with the Tanabe muffler. These ones are quiet and look really cool. I'm not sure but you could also try the T1R catback exhaust.

I've had my Skunk2 50mm catback on for 10k miles now, and uh, I like it a helluva lot. But it's not so quiet lol. It only gets loud when VTEC kicks in so shift around 3k and you won't bother anyone. I've gone past cops on the highway doing the speed limit, screaming at 4500rpms and didn't get pulled over. Here is my soundclip:
