13's on stock block possible?

I know that a few members have been in the 14 second area but has anyone CONSISTENTLY and SAFELY been there on a stock block 24/7?

I guess another way to ask the question is for a daily driver, what is a realistic 1320 time? 13's? 14's?
Thanks for your time guys!

Sean.

PS: I know once we get sleeves etc this will all change, I'm just asking about what we have now for parts.

you are referring to the drag ET
drag relies mostly on the initial launch and we all know FWD just sucks at launching

but in order to get into the 13's range.. forced induction is a MUST. in order to get 13's, i would think you'd have to be at 250whp range. with front slicks.

highly not recommended, does not justify the cost.

stock fit is an 18 second car....pushing the stock motor to 14's or even 13's makes it a ticking time bomb....especially if you plan on using it at the track a lot at those power levels.

asking the fit to run 13's is a bit "Crazy" alhough evryone is crazy; it's just how much it shows...

that being said.... if u want to run 13's buy a motorcycle for the price of the t1r turbo kit and run sub 13's all day..... and night... lather, rince, repeat......

if u just want to be different and have a insane front wheele drive ECONMEY "drag" car.... i dont know what to say........
when i was considering going Turbo or k20.
The k20 came out about 2 g's more depending upon transmission options... ie lsd clutch/flywheele/finaldrive...... and custom headers.....
add even more for a k24 bottom end with built k20 head...... supercharger.... tune..... and that is installing it with some buddies that have done k-swaps already.
no charge install....
if all you are worried about is 1/4 mile times... do your reaserch and price it out.... spend more time reading than posting random insesent posts.
in the end;if it makes you happy to spend 40g's to take a honda fit into the 9's... well... whatever floats your boat...
me i'd just buy a turbo superbike.... and tow it to the track with my high 14 sec turbo fit
hope this helps
