Thanks for your response. Let me rephrase:
bank1 o2 (or a/f) sensor located in the header - is this a 0-5v?
bank2 o2 sensor in cat - same question?
anyone have their manual handy that can look this up? mine is at the shop with my mechanic.

I've been doing research on this very thing.
the primary o2 is a 4 wire wideband (they do exist, apparently). It reads in current, somewhere in the range of 0-100ma I think.
The rear sensor is a standard 0-1v switching oxygen sensor.
