what about the l15a7 head? i mean it is suppose to flow better right? has anyone checked out these cylinder heads to see if they are any better? maybe these heads are the key to getting more power.
on another note why do people compare the l-series to the d-series. quite simply because the fit has supposedly replaced the civic as it has grown up since the 90s. therefor people believe that the economy motor in the fit should be compared to economy engine in the 90s era civics, the d-series. given a couple years the modded l-series engine will be making the same amount of power modded d-series engines make now.
just my 2 cents

mike- well if he has time i would love to buy one from him. i can make it financially worth it for him.
ghostfit- the l15a7 head wont work on the l15a1 block because of the integrated exhaust manifold. not enough clearance for it to work.

the l15a1 block does not have the clearance to fit the l15a7 head because of the integrated exhaust system. im not sure about clearing the firewall either cause the firewall in the ge8 has a differant shape than the gd3 firewall.
