check your IAT plug, check to see if there is a break anywhere in the wires the goe between the IAT and the plug. on my custom intake i had to use some wires to go between the plug and the IAT, and when one of the wires got loose i threw that code.
i hope that helps a lil
also did you notice if your intake temp measured any different while using the scangauge, mine would actually be normal and the drop to like 0 degrees and stuff like that, it would be all over the place

so i solved this problem by reloacted the sensor to the turbo pipe, which is cooler and the code was gone
few days later i get then
P0139 - Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Slow Response Bank 1 Sensor 2
what will this effect ?

the car will run a little lean cause of that code.
i installed a jdm header without the o2 bung and i got that exact code. the fit just runs off the rear o2 sensor.
least that is what i have been told how the fit reacts to that.

you might run into other issues since the air being measured at the sensor location is a different temp than whats actually entering the motor.
the " Sensor Circuit High Voltage " doesnt actually mean temp sensor is high...it means the CIrCUIT voltage it high. could be a adjustment with your EMS, or just a fluke.
i threw that code when i installed my emanage....i had a jumper set wrong...although youve had yours installed for a while, i would think you would have your jumpers correct by now.
the HKS kit is nicely put together, but if i read the instructions correctly, they have a MAJOR fail with the oil return. banjo fitting that replaces the OEM drain bolt.. banjo fitting reduces flow significantly and a return below the oil line will not allow it to drain since the frothy oil coming out of the turbo is lighter and will float.
suprised the turbos are still working.
oh...and its missing a BOV. compressor surge isnt good.

off topic...

i got my hks bov for 160 brand new. a genuine bov is 10x better than a generic brand. I don't want to turn this into another hks vs t1r kit debate. just a few of my opinions. i got the hks kit for 2600. shop around for the best deal.
