Price too good to be true?

So I called up my local tuner shop, talked to my man Ray, he quoted me $205 with tax for a Megan B-pipe, quoted me the part number and everything.

Usually in my experience, even at that shop, parts are 5% or so cheaper online(cheapest i could find online was hop up racing for $230 shipped and that's with waiting 5-7 days before they even ship it). Do you think he was mistaken and looked at cost or something? Or do you think he can really sell it to me for that much?

lol, I know, I asked him twice on the phone and had him read me the part number.

my only concern was that he said TODAY they were setting up the paperwork to become a megan dealer.

does that price seem TOO low to you guys, or is he just giving me an awesome deal?

Pay half now and the other half when it arrives, check it out and if its legit then you got a great deal.

yeah I did, that was my same exact thinking.

I dunno though, the shop is totally legit. all the hottest cars in town have had work done there. the owner, ray, has a 600hp lexus is300 and a 1200hp supra.

maybe I'm just lucky.

...I wonder what kind of a price he could get me a nitrous kit installed for...
