Lightweight Fit...

Guys, i need ideas to get weight out of my Fit.....i have read alot articles about that, but i need a more pratical experience in Fit case....

depends on how far you want to go? easy things are spare tire and jack, the metal lift plate underneeth the back of the fit. light weight wheels help dramatically by reducing unsprung weight and rotational weight(kinetic energy) next step would be removing rear seats and replacing the fronts with aftermarket light seats. then you could remove all of the air bags, carpet, sound deadining material then start replacing glass with lexan, keeping fuel low (gas weighs almost 8lbs a gallon) and not to mention going on a diet. lol I know I should loose about 20lbs.
