Muffler
Can anyone tell me of a good sounding muffler for my new Fit. It is an automatic and all that I can find are for manuels. I thought that a muffler was a muffler and it didn't matter what kind of transmission you had. Any body got ideas on what sounds good for my Fit. Thanks, from the newbie...

Do you want something loud or soft?
I'm currently using the Tanabe Concept G muffler...love the sound and look...not too loud...not too soft...check out the other threads in the exhaust section, there are quite a bit of video's and soundclips of different mufflers

same here, i've got an aussie spec cvt and i'm also looking at a muffler for some sound, however i don't know what to get either.
this is because most have been designed for the manuals. i've also considered removing the muffler however i'm still skeptical about the sound and whether or not it will cause any damage.

A muffler is a muffler; it doesn't matter whether it's an AT or MT regardless of what Honda says for the HFP muffler. Buy what suits your likes, there's plenty of AT owners here running all sorts of mufflers.
