a pnp

pnp will always improve hp and torque its just a nother air flow mod. how much depends on how aggressivly you port on a 4 cylender car an aggresive port can add up to about 30 hp but i wouldnt expect nearly that much out of a fit its engine is to small 30 hp usually comes out of a 2.0 or larger so ya thats what i know hope it helps there are some awsome how tos out there on diff cars but really its all the same shit.

yeah what i want to know also is if i will pass smog if i do indeed do a pnp on my car. I don't mind doing it, but i don't want to fail. I know it doesn't do anything but smoothen out the flow of air going into the intake manifold but still....can anybody answer? =]

Only real downside of PnP that Id think of is adding extra fuel/tuning. Not to mention breaking a factory seal. It never goes on perfect after that. :/

Id be interested in this also. Id love to make this little motor scream NA!!!
Im sure they will/already have them. But pre PnP head kits should be made. They have them for the tC. Wasnt cheap but its guaranteed HP.

hes talking about the factory seal between the manifold and the block when you do a pnp you need to remove the manifold(header)

Welcome to Team Integra! - Team Integra

They have some technical articles on Port and Polishing, and I believe one thing you have to watch out for is over polishing then engine. Has something to do with the fuel moving too fast through the engine and not getting burned. Correct me if I'm wrong.
