Just a quick question, the Hasport mounts are listed as '07 to '09 GD compatible, but will they fit any earlier GD models? I understand they aren't bolt on with AT models, but does the facelift create chassis differences?

Sorry for the old thread bump, but I'm curious how far the development has come? Is there a complete K series swap kit available yet? Like, give credit card, and have every part necessary shipped to my house to then install a K series complete.

When I disappeared from these forums 5 or so years ago I figured it was close. Have had it in my mind for years and years that our Fit would get a K series when we retire it from daily duty. That time is getting near, but I'm sad to not see much development still

Our Fit is in good shape, never wrecked, and we like it, but it has 17x,xxx miles on it now and it's just mechanically worn out. All of the accessories, motor and transmission make noise and are just tired. Well maintained, but tired.

A complete transplant seems like the perfect solution!

Unfortunately, those are only mounts. FAR short of a swap kit.

Missing items include, but not limited to:
provision to hook to factory exhaust
coolant hoses
A/C lines
Axles
Wiring - this is a big one!
provision to work with factory gauges

For a lot of vehicles, you can select drop down menu items and build a complete swap kit to put x motor into x car. I don't see that for a K series into a Fit. The linked article/parts will get the motor in the car, but falls far short of giving you a running/driving vehicle.

There is still no one stop shop for a complete swap since it still hasn't gained in popularity for whatever reason. I searched this forum religiously to gather the parts necessary before I started the swap, but still ran into many issues along the way. I had to have a custom header built since I couldn't find one online, modified a Hybrid Racing shifter box rather than using the stock Fit box with modified Accord shifter cables. Hasport now makes a single ecu harness utilizing the stock Fit harness with an 07 TSX harness, ECU and Flashpro, but like GAFIT stated they are still working on a way to make the gauges work. We installed a Racepak IQ3s cluster hoping that would solve the issue, but have had no joy. The shop that installed the Racepak and Brian at Hasport are working to sort out the gauge issue as we speak. Once the car is completed I plan on providing more input on my experiences I had with this swap.

Here is a thread in which i posted in detail how to use Dakota digital device for speedo. My username there is Nivek
DIY: a 05+ VSS/Transmission with an 02-04 Harness - Page 7 - K20A.org .:. The K Series Source . Honda / Acura K20a k24a Engine Forum

and about RPM,those already work when using civic si ecu.no need for any device.

If anyone is looking for detailed K-Swap guide in their Fit than spare some time and watch this series. its 18 part but will give you almost full knowledge about it. what ecu, what wiring, axles, mounts, guges, sensors, k24 or a k20 and many more
