My RS-R Exhaust
I just had this new piece of equipment installed today:
Videos:
Outside: YouTube - 2007 Honda Fit RS-R C&K Exhaust - Rev
Inside (Video not synced correctly): YouTube - 2007 Honda Fit RS-R C&K Exhaust - Inside
Impressions:
Sounds great, not too loud, a tad more bit on the high-end of the rev band.

Better pics will come once I wash the car... Its been very muddy and rainy lately. I'll also post up a sound clip of the exhaust. For the price of this exhaust, I would have been able to buy a full name brand catback system for a couple more dollars.

Sound Clips UP!

3-Day Impressions: Exhaust is definitely louder than stock. It is pretty loud below 3K RPM; the noise tends to reverberate throughout the cabin. Exhaust has a deep droning effect which I don't really like (guess its livable now). Unbelievably, the exhaust isn't as loud after 3k RPM.

Sounds good to me. From your description, sounds just like the Espelir I had on my xB -- hit 3k rpm and it'd make your ears plug, but at 4k it was actually quieter than stock. Me, I like loud so it was no problem. Very JDM tone your muffler has now, I like it.

I've been wanting too ever since I installed it, but the weather hasn't been cooperating -- 70 one day, snow the next. Hopefully, it'll warm up this weekend. In the car, the muffler on its own is really quiet and very, very close to the stock muffler, but with a slight bit more bass on the low end, and a bit of a roar going into 5k+. When it was warmer, the sound was a bit louder, but nothing unbearable in the least, and definitely nothing like the Espelir. Outside the car may be another story, I think it has some volume, but inside it's nice. This will change dramatically once the b-pipe comes in in a few weeks I'm told. In any case, I'll try and get some clips very soon.
