Hey dude, how much Hp gains you intend to acheive? If you gonna keep all stock internals stock, best is to maintain 35% or less increase over the stock Hp, that way you don`t need to upgrade injectors already.

Local kits are expensive, why not get from HK? Think around half that price including e-manage!

I use Upgraded T25 Turbo From S15/S13 silvia ( i dont even want to install the subaru turbo.. coz of the lag)
upgrade 4 injector to bigger one (from 240cc to 360cc) (if u put 2 extra injector is no good... due of uneven mixture)
1 big intercooler...
Emanage... (i was using F-CON before.. but unhappy then atm use emanage)

and it boost at 11psi on 157kw (210HP) with 205NM of torque

if u need more info msn me : echocae@hotmail.com

Automatic

How much can that 5 speed automatic torque converter in America handle? Can it handle 170horsepower at wheel? Did you increase your oil amount to keep that turbo cool?

Gas

Looking at your set up I dont think that good gas mileage is what what your looking for. But i was wondering how much gas milage do you get if you turn the boost down and use 91 octane fuel? Do Fits have LSD?

U have to use 95 Octane Minimum.. but for better i use 98 ++, WHY u need LSD for CVT? CVT has and AUTOMATIC LOCK so u will not loss any traction and the CVT should able to HOLD the traction (similar to LSD.. but u have to change the CVT oil every 10k)

I got custom fuelrail.. custom.. fuel line, and injector to fit honda FIT/JAZZ

FUel consumption is approx 8.5L-9.5L/100km

what kind of forged piston did you used? ive tc my vtec cvt too..ill share my setup im using a ct9 turbine just for starters coz im into trial n error thing. my internals are all stock, and im boosting at 9psi max. my injectors came from a b18c type r coz they have the same injector sockets. i think its 310 cc. then ive used a safc1 as a fuel enrichment.

btw did you use a oil catch can coz ive noticed that you have that red hose from your breather.mine's spitting oil when i reach 6k rpm.

Mine using L15A too with 0.4bar boost. using E-manage.
how come after dyno only 103 wheel hP? is it worst then the spec shown in paper? (109 BHP)? is there any big different if 0.4bar vs 0.75bar(11psi)?
can my engine produce 180 HP (at least?)

my setup:

1) TF04 w intercooler
2) ADM fuel rack with extra 4 injector 360CC
3) E-manage ultmate

0.3bar is a big differance on how much air is being compressed into your motor so naturally your hp figures will just up alot. the only concern is pushing anything above 1bar is dangerous to the l15a cause the bottom end cant handle that much pressure.

the engine might be pushing 180-220 with boost raised up that high but im not sure how efficiently the cvt transmission will put those numbers on the ground. the automatic transmission over here loses about 30% of that power that is transfered from the crank to the wheels.

So if i just add 0.3 bar, my 0-60 will improve alot?

stock NA = 13 sec, turbo only 12 sec with 0.4 bar
what can 0.7 bar give? 9 sec ?

well considering the fact that your upping your boost by 0.3 bar which is almost doubling the stock 0.4bar. yeah i would say it would increase power by alot.

how much hp are you putting down with 0.4bar?

guys in the usa are typically putting down right around 200hp with about 9-10psi (0.64-0.72bar)

im not sure how your transmission will hold up under those higher hp conditions.
