Flashing CEL???

So I'm new to this forum but read a bunch of great stuff here. My 2007 honda fit sport, MT, 204488 miles, has a flashing CEL. What could be causing it? I recently changed the battery, RR speed sensor, and also the pulsar since i checked it with the scanner and the code was for those. But since fixing those, i now have a flashing CEL. I figured it has to be a misfired since i attached my code scanner and it said P0302 which is cylinder 2 misfired. What does that mean and how do I fix it? It's only my cylinder 2 that is having the misfire

Try to move the coil pack and spark plug from cylinder 2 to cylinder 3, and see if the code switches to that cylinder, while its not running of course.

Ignition coils seem to fail early, mine went out at 105k miles. Not sure if that is your issue, but it would rule out old spark plugs or dead coils.

I'm not entirely sure how to go from here since I'm not that experienced but I will try my best.

Lets describe the sound you hear a bit more, does it sound like a constant tapping by chance? If it is a constant tapping it might be valve clearance, but I can't be fully sure.

Also, are there any difficulties starting or idling?

I'd be leaning toward a valve adjustment issue, a good amount of people here recommend it every 70k, but honestly there may be many problems that can cause this. Try moving the coil packs/sparks around first.

A 'knocking' noise could be a loose sparkplug. Tighten them all, right away.

Otherwise look for 'stuttering' here. Well documented.
