Air Freshener

So I was at Target the other day and paid $2.99 for a can of Laguna Breeze air freshener for the FIT. I started realizing that air fresheners can add up if they only last up to 30 days. So just tonight I was at Walmart and in the bathroom freshner section there was this one brand, I cant remember, but it uses the same type of Scented Jelly as the ones offered in a jar through Bath and Body Works. Now granted the ones from Bath and Body Works smells freaking awesome! The Freesia and the Country Apple version. Except it costed over $5.00 per jar. So at walmart I found the 99 cent version. There is a Cucumber Melon one and one called After the Rain. I tried it out in the car and it smells pretty awesome. It doesn't smell chlorinated like those other restroom scents did. I am liking the After The Rain one a lot and at 99 cents I'm glad to find that they smell as good as the ones offered for much more. Give it a try.

The best car scent ever is JDM Squash.

It's a shame it's so expensive though.

I just get a bottle of that stuff called Ozium. It works well at flushing out bad odors, but in general, I don't use any air freshener goodies. Being a non-smelly, non-smoker, my car doesn't smell bad as it is.

how do you make that "new car" smell last longer? are there any products to prolong the natural smell?

That new-car smell is bad for your health. It's the chemicals that are released from the making of the plastics.

I just buy the regular scented trees. Follow the instructions of pulling the bag down each week. It does look a little goofy with the bag still on it but it does work.
I suggest Morning Fresh. One of the best smelling trees of ALL TIME!!!

HEY, I was just at walmart and they're clearing out the eagle one vanilla freshner. Its a bottle that has a small fan on the top that clips to the vents. Originally 2.95 on clearance for 75 cents. I bought 8 of them. When they are depleted, just refill it with Simmering Liquid.

I guess that makes sense. I shouldn't like the smell of a new guitar either, but I do.

So what's the best neutral air freshener?? Transparant...just fresh.

Seriously though, if there an import tuning shop in your city, they probably carry the JDM squash air freshener. It really is one of the best scents out there.

I like my air freshener: dried out jasmine petals in a wire bag bought from Thailand. They do leave some debris, but I don't mind.

I like the squash scent the best...it has this unique JDM smell to it. Everyone that gets in my car tells me that if JDM had a smell...this would be it!

bought my wife the air spencer squash freshener for x-mas. be warned that its STRONG. even all the way closed. smells awesome though.

another good alternative are the squash beads. just pour em in your cupholder/ashtray and vacuum em up whenever you are ready to swap.

When you change in cabin pollen or whatever the name is filter, then it smells a little like when new for a while.

Squash is the best stuff in the world, not only does it last forever, but the first time i got it, not only did it make my CRX smell, it made the garage, laundy room, and the truck smell like squash, and it never left the inside of the CRX
