R&R steering column cover

How big a job is it to remove and replace the upper steering column cover on an '09 base Fit? Here's the part in question:

77350-TF0-G01ZA COVER, COLUMN (UPPER) *NH167L* (GRAPHITE BLACK)

When I got my Fit, the CarMax dealer left a nice 1/4" hole that had been drilled into the upper column cover from an alarm LED being removed . Worse yet, they distorted the cover, so the halves don't clip shut together completely . It's about $11 at an online dealer, so if it's not a bad DIY I'm up for it. Sure will look nicer than that big hole in it now.
