Hey are you talking about the lower half boot of your coil?

usually the coil can be taken off the the top of the tube insulator can be pulled off and only the top spring coil can come out, bottom one dose not come out you can get a 5/8 spark plug gourmet tool from auto store i beleave its 5/8.

One other thing i noticed is always stick with oem parts especially ignition, our cars dont seem like aftermarket

OEM
Hitachi coils
Ngk/ Denso spark plugs
