HI EVERYBODY,
as many of you already know, my 2008 FIT got destroyed in an accident no long ago, so soon i will get a new FIT, possibly an 09.

I was looking at the fact that the Sound System of the New FIT Sport is not as good as the previous, so i was already looking to buy some new Speakers set.
Here is the thing:

I went into the Pioneer web Site and they tell me that the size of the Speakers is 6,75" and the proposed me what follows:

FRONT: Pioneer TS D720C (260-60W)
REAR: Pioneer TS-A1782R (280-50W)

But then, i went in other websites and i saw that most of em they say that the FIT has 6.5" speakers, wereas in the Pioneer web site they say they are 6.75... what is going on?

I went into other web sites and they say that most new cars support oversized 6.5" (meaning 6.75") but before i buy them, i would like to be sure... do theese 6.75 FIT or will i need some kind of adapter for them?

Also, i would like to mount them on my own... is it messy to work on the new FIT to mount speakers or is it pretty easy?
It has been many many years since the last time i worked on cars audio systems.
