Constant 12V source near headlights

Can anyone verify if there is a constant 12v source near both of the headlights? I'm looking to prelude city light sockets, and I don't want to deal with running wires all the way back to the fuse panel under the dash. I'd also prefer to not run a separate switch.

Thanks in advance...

Essentially this, however I wont be using red lights, I'll be using either a clear or amber bulb. I want them to dimly illuminate the housing when the headlights aren't on. They'll also be on with the headlights, simply because I don't want to deal with setting up a relay, or a switch.
