S2000 fit?

I have (4) S2000 oil filters (15400-PCX-004) left over after I traded it in. I read a forum in here that this filter will work in the Fit. I just wanted to confirm this. Also, is there any problems like leakage or anything.

I doubt anyone has tried to fit a different filter from a different model on their Fit. How about cross matching part numbers and see if they are the same? Or just trying it out yourself?

this is the link where i found that the s2000 oil filter might work in the Fit.

just wanting to make sure it will work on the Fit before I try it. Otherwise, I will just put it on ebay.

As far as fitment, the S2000 filter WILL fit... It is slightly bigger than the ones for 'regular Hondas'... However, I have heard that due to the difference in engine demands, our fits might not have the necessary oil pressure dor the S2000 filters... I don't know how this would affect it, but this is the conclusion I got after hours of research... Hopefully someone can enlighten/explain this???

I used to run s2000 filters on my EP3 all the time. They are a higher quality if you get the right part number - specifically you want the filter made in Hong Kong by Toyo Roki. I think there is another one made for the s2000 by honeywell/fram which is garbage.

Good luck

i usually cross reference via the mobil site on filters. ends up my legacy and
G35C both use the M110, so i can use my nissan filter on the legacy if i wanted
and viseversa. lol (not that i would, but they fit).

I know the S2000 filter fits on K20's. I remember reading about it back when I had an EP3. The Fit and the K20 engines use the same filter, so it should fit just fine, but i don't know about the oil pressure issue that has been brought up.
