it's located at middle of front seats, under the handbrake so u must open the handbrake cover.

The manual doesn't show the location but says that the filter is pressurised and should only be replaced by suitably qualified person / Honda mechanic. They consider it not to be a user serviceable part. Not a run of the mill inline fuel filter then I presume?

Every other Honda on the planet has it's filter IN the gas tank...why should Fit/Jazz be any different?

Every other Honda I've seen also has an additional filter bolted to the firewall. You mean the FIT doesn't have one?

In all my years of driving I've never changed a fuel filter in a car. What do you need to get to yours for?
