The Honda MTF (Manual Transmission) fluid is Good Stuff. Their new formulation made my CR-V shift buttery smooth. I have two quarts ready for the Fit...

everyone i've asked has always recommended GM synchromesh. not just within the Fit community either. check the manual for quart capacity.

sorry, i don't mean to thread jack but i have a quick question. does the "New" Honda MTF come with the white or green caps? i'm planning on buying a few quarts myself and can't remember which one is the good stuff. thanks in advance

The Honda MTF is the equal of the GM, IMO, and is made for Honda syncros.

The cap on the new bottles is white.

++++++

I've used Red Line MTL in other cars, it's a full synthetic.
