body side mouldings?

Does anyone make color coordinated (blackberry pearl specifically) body side moldings for the fit/jazz? I live in midwest USA where most people are thoughtless and all drive SUVs or pickups. I doubt that body side moldings will compliment the looks of the Fit but neither will huge dings that are inevitable. Any leads would be appreciated.

Check with Angelo at Zeta Products in New Jersey. They carry the moldings painted to match, but I don't know about the new colors like yours.

I just happened to notice a new post today from Zeta offering a group buy on moldings.

thanks

I don't know if they'll have blackberry pearl but it can't hurt to ask. Does anybody know if the adhesive used to hold the moldings on damages the paint?

Yeah, I am thinking this part might be a good idea to have on the car. I saw pictures of a guys brand new TW with a door ding and it is not a pretty sight - makes me sick. It may take away from the clean body lines but better that then having door dings.

It'll definitely detract from looks. I wonder if they're "permanent" in that the paint underneath is damaged. Either way dings will lessen the car's appearance as well.

They're held on by double sided sticky tape, so unless you have very poor paint there won't be any damage (or if you're pretty careless when you remove the moldings)

My BBP Fit ownership is still about a month away. I placed my order about a month ago and my salesman said "early November". You should ask azlynn on the Blackberry Pearl thread

https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/fit-...rl-thread.html

azlynn's quite the proud new owner.
