Has anybody replaced the links in their fit? My mechanic quoted me $200 for the job, I believe that includes parts and labor. It's not the whole bar that needs replacing but the connectors. He said if they are not replaced now it will cause the bar to break and it would turn into a 600 or 700 job. They won't let me bring in my own parts so I'm assuming I'm paying top dollar for their parts at the shop? Any guidance is appreciated!

If it's just the end links you can change them yourself. Front Stabilizer Link Replacement

$200 is fair. He sure isnt going to finish it in 1 hour. Honda endlinks are infamous for being PIA because they dont have a solid counterhold. They have a dinky female allenhead that loves to strip out on rusty endlinks. You can use visegrips but even that fails sometimes. Many shops will just cut it off.

Sounds like you arent really an experienced DIY guy, hence you dont have proper tools. You are in for world of hurt tackling your first rusty honda endlinks. You have been warned.
