I haven't done this but they look easy.

This is the only interior Honda accessory I've done. (I bought it from the eBay store in my other post.) It wasn't hard but took me a long time to sew up properly. It comes with instructions in the box, but I found two things not in the instructions to make it easier. First, keep turning the wheel so that the part you're working on is at the bottom where it's easier to see and reach. Second, the holes in the leather are small and often under the folded edge, so they are sometimes very hard to find from the inside; I used another needle to find the hole from the outside to act as a guide.

Note: the Honda steering wheel cover fits the DX/LX only, not the Sport; if you have a Fit Sport, get a Wheelskins cover instead.
