Unhappy 2009 fit radio, lights, lock problems

Hello, my daughter has a 09 fit. I took it to a brakes place last week. It came out with radio, lights, locks not work working. I thought a fuse popped. Maybe it did? I found this post called. Blown Fuse, where in the heck is it from several years ago??? https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/2nd-...here-heck.html

My car is exactly the same, except FS1 is empty with nothing in the slot?? Anybody have a clue. Exact same situation as that post but no orange device covering fs1. I relplaced a few fuses that were labeled radio in the fuse box but it did not help. FS1 is labeled backup from what I can tell.

I am stuck, my daughter looks at me like you don't have a clue, I hate that feeling. Where is fs1? Can anybody give me some more advice on how to restore her radio, interior lights and locks? I am stuck, thank you for any help.

What happens when you install the correct fuse in that empty #1 slot?

I am having all kinds of bad luck. I got myself locked out of account. Posted a response, I must have not hit post. Well here goes again, lol. Thank you so much for your help. FS1 is totally empty, no copper tabs to make contact with the fuse, just an empty spot. Literally empty all plastic. I have seen elsewhere, but it was probably a different year. FS1 was under the hood. I have three fusable links on the battery behind a plastic cover. I was not able to open it with fear I would damage it. I was able to probe supply voltage on both sides of link. I am stuck? I did try to put a fuse in fs1 even thougth it has no contacts, both fell and went behind the side panel. So I am all kind of confused where the backup fs1 fuse is located in my 09 fit? If anyone has a clue I am all ears and all out of ideas.

I just looked at the online version of your owners manual, page 309, still shows #1 is back up
Note that is a double, maybe check the fuse right below what you think is #1?

You nailed it, thank you so much. One was left open and the one below it was a 10 Amp fuse. I replaced it and radio now turns on. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me.
