Antennae Delete
Not sure if this is old. but i found this out at a crappy car show in Vegas, during thanksgiving weekend. They had a Fit with this on it. I figure it is the plug that honda uses when it transports the new cars. So I got one. As i use my iPod all the time, it doenst bother me at all that I have less reception. The radio still gets reception just not as good as before.

when i got my car they handed me a plastic bag full of misc stuff. Like the front license plate holder thing. Since PA doenst have Front plate laws it was in the bag. Dunno if this is in there too.
Chris you say that it would be in the car, but I know that when i was in CA dealers would throw out those bumper fillers for the Integra and Civics license plates.

Actually, a friend and I ran a bit of an experiment on the Fit the other day.
Took the antenna off the Fit and replaced it with the one from his 2007 Chevrolet HHR.
We could get traffic reports from WBBM 780AM (Chicago) in Nashville, TN, and the longer antenna looks much better than the stubby "ovipositer" on the back of the Fit....

Hey Creeper,
You do know not to change the break-in oil early, right? After the first oil change, it's OK to change it every day if you want, but let the first oil stay in there until the maintenance minder tells you 15% or less remaining.
Best wishes.

i was not aware of that. good to know tho. thansk fo da hedz up! i was gonna consult my manual first before i scheduled an appointment tho anyways. just in case of some odd issue like that. but i called my dealer yesterday (which reminds me to call them back right now) and he said he would try to find out when they might be getting their next shipment but he could def hang on to one for me.

picked one up from my dealer the other day. And put it on, although it does a good job of not having that antennae sticking out, it still looks kinda weird with a huge stub on the roof. so my recommendation would be to just buy a spoon antennae or something
