have u ever raced ur fit yet?
#23
Point #1: Power
The Spoon Fit has about 125hp, and lets just say it weighs 2000lbs. Thats ~500 lbs of weight savings. Very unrealistic.
16lb/hp.
Stock Evo8 (USA specs, JDM are lighter and more powerful):
3300lbs/271hp (not to mention it actually has this stuff called torque)
12.1lb/hp
Point #2: Grip
Spoon fit - 205/xx/15 Advans
Evo8 - 235/xx/17 Advans
Fit - FWD
Evo - AWD
the evo has better weight distribution, especially when you compare it to a stripped out FF hatchback.
Put simply, the Evo, the S2000, the RX-7 and the whatever other real cars you want to throw at the Fit simply TROUNCE it in EVERY CATEGORY. PERIOD.
Just because something is the hot new trend doesn't mean it can suspend the laws of physics.
Somebody try to argue. Please.

I don't remember, too lazy to search. Some guy said that the Spoon Fit is faster than the NSX a while ago. And more recently, another moron said that the S2000 is not a good platform to build a race car from. Its the thread where the same idiot was bashing the Amuse S2000 GT1.
This forum is pretty funny. We should start a collection of funny quotes...
- Fit is faster than the NSX.
- Fit can overtake the S2000 in the corners.
- S2000 is not a good racing platform.
- Amuse S2000 GT1 sucks.
- The Fit is a gas guzzler.
- The Fit is overpriced.
- I don't speed at all, I only go 5MPH over when travelling.
HAHAHAHA

I believe in every country the Jazz/Fit is sold it is classified as an automobile.

I probably won't be modding the Fit much when I get it, because all my money will be going into the bike. That's what I take to the track.
That's probably more information than you needed, but I LIKE my bike.
Cheers.

All that money into your bike and the Fit will STILL take you in the corners
I ask because I've seen a guy with a Repsol Honda around here and its soooo sexy. I wish the US got bikes smaller than 600cc that are actually sporty .

The emphasis of the Spoon developed car was for ENDURANCE racing. This category is more effected by fuel economy and tire wear than other forms of racing. That is, my friend why the car kept up with a "stock" nsx. Pit stop frequency and times would be drastically different!!!

I rode my friends ZX600RR last summer. It was so fast. It felt about the same as a 1000 from just a few years ago. The people buying bikes in the states think anything under 600cc is for beginners. I guess they have never watched 125 or 250 GP racing. It's a shame. Aprilia has a beautiful little 450cc v-twin racing in enduro and super motard. It would make an incredible canyon carver/hooligan bike. The June 2006 Cycle World has a story about the the Aprilia dirt-bikes, and says repli-racer with the engine punched out to 550cc might be in the offing by sometime in 2007. Keep your fingers crossed.

Haha I was totally kidding about the Fit thing, just poking fun at the people talking about the Fit vs S2000.
And yeah, I really am disappointed that we dont get any small-displacement sportbikes. Super Motard is so awesome. I went to a race the other day but there werent really any good photo spots on the super motard track
