what was used to season the chicken? Did you guys do anything to the sausages or was it put directly on the grill?

I can't stop thinking about it. I'm starving

The first batch of chicken was covered in "Walkers Wood" caribbean jerk marinade. I've tried other brands and nothing compaired to the real deal.

The sausage was put on after the burgers, so the seaoning from the burgers remained on the grill along with the onion flavor that was implemented by scrubbing the grill down in between meats with an onion to clean off the grill. I feel that it adds just another hint of flavor while still cleaning off the grill.

Thanks! I'm guessing this could be bought out of walmart or something? EDIT: Did you use the traditional one?

Glad that's ONE problem I DON'T have!

Not Walmart. It's hard to find, I had to go to Spec's downtown to buy it Saturday. You can try other brands of Jerk but they just don't taste right. You can try the Jerk flavor wings at Buffalo Wild Wings but it's a little hotter than Walkers Wood.

Great idea, I wondered what that onion was for! Now I know! I was going to cut it for my burger...
