I would be interested but it would all depend on how much time is involved where when etc.... I work 56 hours every two weeks so by using some paid time off ( vacation time ) there is a chance I could get up to 2 maybe 3 weeks off all depending on when this would happen if ever. I guess there would have to be more commitment to convince me to take 3 weeks of vacation too lol....

 

i think i'd be willing to do a portion of this "fits across america" thing
i live in salt lake city and haven't taken a real vacation in a couple years, i know the "crew" would never come thru here so this is what i propose, you give me a date and i'll arrange to meet up in las vegas with some of the freaks in the vegas community and here is a map of the 2200 miles i'm willing to drive with you guys (whoever it may be)


i have friends in LA. CA., TACOMA WA., AND GREAT FALLS MT. that i havent visited in years, and could kill two birds with one stone, remember i live in SLC UT, so i'd be driving 450 miles to get to las vegas, and then back to SLC from great falls MT 600 miles, thats 1000 miles out of my way to meet up with some cool people that obviously share a similar love for a great automobile
keep me posted if we can get this to happen

Midwest
Southwest
Northern Cal
Southern Cal

I'd be down for sure this spring, I want to get an exhaust and maybe a cf hood before the cruise. I live in ohio so cali is kinda out of the question unless we wait til summer.

southeast right here guys my wife was just asking does the forum have a meet every once in awhile like honda tech has and i was about to post something about it,.,. so me and the wife are down i was hopeing there would be a southeast meet first before i drive across the country i allready did that once and with the economy being down im a little tight on funds,.,. ya know,.,. a meet on the southeast would better meet the needs of allot at first and then go big once you have a big show up .,.,

 

I did this kind of trip alone whish i had some more fits with me. I went form San diego to Houstan teaxas, than to tampa FL, than to oklahoma to visit a friend, than back to pensacola FL. Thats how i have 16k miles on the fit when i bought it in July of 08. So i would have to pass on this i am trying to use less miles on it now. I need this car to last me 8 years. But good idea i had fun

 

Im surprised this thread came back from the dead. When i first started it there wasnt alot of interest or enough to pull it off. Even though both of my Fits are gone i will make the trip in my Ridge. If worse comes to worse i will be the follow guy with all the tools and stuff. haha. I will be leaving NC in June and moving to AZ but im still always ready for this to happen.

 

I have drove to Ohio and Pittsburgh atleast 10 times in the last year or so... I would love to join up witheveryone. Like Florida to Texas with the other guy from Florida. count me in.
