I think i may be down for this.

 

oh my god i think i might go to this! So if i go friday and saturday it's cheaper then going on saturday alone? sweetness!

 

haha no, thats the price per day,plus its only a saturday and sunday event. i think they just have a general layout with all the info that they use so they don't have to keep typing it in i guess. I also only want to go to the sunday event, because driving the track clockwise is SOOOO much more fun than driving it counter-clockwise. Its like the difference between driving downhill and uphill when driving through a canyon, you can go a lot faster, a lot easier when driving downhill through most parts.

 

o Jason I forgot to ask... Is this for everyone or invite only?

oh also, I didn't do the beginner crap. Just as long as you point people by and let them pass you'll be fine... its just a matter of finding the best line. Unless you WANT to do the beginner class, then go for it, its also $30 extra just fyi

 

dang i got all happy lol. I was wondering what the difference is between the two days. Anyways how many runs do u get if i go, i don't wanna be waiting around all day for like 1-2 runs. I'm probably have to get the beginner orientation cuz i've never done it b4.

 

you get 5 or 6 30min runs... its TOTALLY worth the $150... not like that gymkhana bullcrap, lol

do we need helmets?

 

yes youre ALWAYS required to wear helmets of a certain snell rating ANYTIME you are racing.

 

sorry, i've never been to a racing event

 

haha yeah i'd be running bone stock too. i'd rather do it stock a few times before i do it with some mods, so i can feel the car's characteristics and stuff. but i still don't have money for tires or a helmet or lessons or anything so i won't be doing it at all for now.

 

Man, when's the big Willow events? I wanna bring the Z out instead of my stock Fit.

 

Looks like the next one that you would be able to race in would be on January 26-27, its mostly all motorcycle stuff until then.
