hahaha have i seen you?

My desk is actually looking out to the front parking too!

If you take a look at the RIM1 parking lot that faces RIM2, you will see my Fit parked against RIM1.

Thanks! I'm having a blast driving her! So much fun to shift...and lovin' those turns!

As for the 'sighting' at King and Erb: couldn't have been me...phew... I'm not old...at 41...at least I don't feel old! haha And my hair is not grey or curly. lol

But that must mean there is another orange one out there in our midsts? Mine is the first I'd seen on the road!

Have you read the forum about the chipping paint on the bumper?

I checked out my bumber tonight and sure enough on the front driver's side the paint is already starting to come off a little bit.

I called up the dealer I got my Fit from in Mississauga and I will have to bring it in so that one of the managers can take a look and send a photo to Honda Canada to verify if it is an actual problem.

My car has an appointment to get the bumpers repainted, Aug 21st.
I recommend for all KW Fit Freaks to go to the Waterloo Honda dealer. Not only do they have their own paintshop, but they were definitly a lot nicer and wanting to get my business unlike the Kitchener Honda, which wasn't even willing to do the paperwork to have a 3rd party paint the bumpers...they told me to go to another dealer, or to where I bought my car.

Waterloo Honda is where I got my Fit. I agree they're terrific! Nothing but good things to say about them...especially after my less than thrilling initial experience at Cambridge Honda (whilst Fit shopping in May).

They also have a nice coin-operated wash...$2.50 for 5 minutes...with tire wash, pre-rinse, spot-free rinse, etc. Was just there at lunch!

I wish I had bought my car from Waterloo Honda, but I wasn't wanting to wait and ended up buying in Mississauga for a 1 day waiting time for my Fit.

I haven't done my rust proofing yet. I will probably get around to it in September or early October.

I don't have any places yet in the KW area to recommend yet.

I just picked up my car from the paint shop at Waterloo Honda and the bumpers look like new. Hopefully there will be no more paint defects to worry about.

Got mine on Tuesday – Red LX MT.

I had originally ordered a Storm Silver LX MT from Waterloo Honda in mid-June. Last Friday I got a message saying it had been built and would arrive around mid-October, but they had just got a red one on a dealer trade. I went to take a look, since I'd never seen a red Fit in person, and took it.
