Anyone interested in picking up my macbook pro?
IDK if I can post it in this area but I'd like to sell this local meet up.
15" Macbook Pro 2.4 GHz - $850
I bought this from the apple store in '07 of July for 2,400.00. Comes with apple remote and wall charger, sorry I didn't save the box. Freshly installed Snow Leopard, upgraded to 4GB of RAM, comes with software folder containing:
Aperture V2.1.1
CS4 Master Collection
CS5 Master Collection
Snow Leopard
iLife '09
iwork '09
Office 2008
Logic Studio9
Logic Express8
Final Cut Studio3
Final Cut Express4
Toast titanium 10.0.2
Top has a scratch from stapled paperwork that rubbed against it.(bottom right in pic)
Side has PCI? slot that sticks out about a sheet of paper thick.
Bottom has normal wear from a cooling plate, nothing noticeable.
Screen/keys/trackpad have no scratches or marks, looks as good as new!
Complete specs from Apple:
The bad... a light gray spot on the screen lower middle left, about 4 pixels in size. 1 black pixel on the bottom row right side and 1 black pixel on the top row right side. These are hardly noticeable and I would have to point them out to you but I want it to be clear to people interested. The battery only lasts to about 40% (30-40 min). This hasn't been a problem for me as I use the laptop plugged in at work about 80% of its use and plugged in the other 20% at home. I've priced replacement batteries at 75.00 for a longer life aftermarket one. I have the price reflecting this as I've seen others posting the same laptop around 1,200.00.
There are NO programs installed as I will leave that up to the buyer to load what they want.
The only reason I am selling is I got a 13" macbook to make traveling for work easier.
Thanks for looking guys.
