(1) for what i was paying monthly, it wasn't fun anymore. i dont mind paying for a car thats exciting and fun to drive, but it just became another car - something to get me from A to B. when that happens, it better be cheap and the Accord wasnt. granted, when i bought it i was doing a lot of commuting so i wanted a comfortable, yet sporty, yet easy to drive car - and the Accord satisfied all of these points. but once the commute stopped (in December) it just wasnt worth it anymore.
(2) as an extension of point #1, i couldn't do anything in it besides drive. i love to mountain bike and there was just no way i was going to put a Yakima rack on the top of the EX-L.
(3) the Fit reduced my monthly payments by $170/mo while only extending my loan 6 months
(4) the Fit reduced my insurance bill by $500/year
(5) the Fit costs about 50% less to fill up while getting 80% of the mileage per tank that my Accord did
(6) i can fit my mountain bike in the Fit without having to put a rack on the back or top
(7) its only 2 weeks old so eventually, it will probably (hopefully not), get boring to drive too. but in the 2 weeks ive had the car, its more fun to drive than the Accord ever was. yes the Accord was much faster but speed doesnt always = fun, especially in a relatively boring (to drive) package like the Accord was
i think thats it?

Super dope meet last night. Never been to a meet with a good amount of cars, lots of ricer boys, and guys on bikes outrunning the 5-0. I like this meet.
