Much better pho place then Pho So 1 is Pho Hong Long near the corner of Manhatten and Crenshaw across the street from El Camino College.

i went to the pho garden up in SF and finished the pho challenge:

in 1 hour you have to eat:

2lbs of noodels, 2lbs of meat. u dont have to drink the soup, but 25 mins in, the noodles has already soaked up the soup..and no, you cannot put noodles out and eat it separately.

it was sooo much food..but i did it! hahahah

mmm put all of them on the top post so people can find this! haha

and i think the one is SB is spelled Hu Tieu, not that i've been there but there is another asian dish similar to pho called Hu Tieu... well in vietnamese its called that

Hu Tieu Nam Vang (Phnom Penh Noodle Soup) Recipe - Viet World Kitchen

one variation has noodles similar to Pho noodles but it's flat and wide, about half and inch wide. and the Pork Broth is super yummy too! i actually prefer this to Pho. and dont get my started on Mi!!!

Mì khô ?ùi gà quay netVietnam

Mi is egg noodles.. FUKING GOOOOOOOD. You can get it soup style with pork broth or dry with a delicious oyster sauce.. sounds gross but trust me SOO BOMB

China Chef Mi La Cay - Garden Grove, CA
Tan Mi A Dong - Fountain Valley, CA
New Trieu Chau Restaurant - Garden Grove, CA

These are the best places to try those 2 dishes (of course locally to me and imo)
