none... SFV pho sucks compared to other LA areas... lol

TRUTH! all we've got is pho 999 and they've got an "A" window rating. i don't care what anyone says, pho tastes better when the window rating is lower

pho 97 in chinatown is really good, super cheap too. it's in the saigon plaza on broadway and ord (i think).

i'm looking for a decent pho place in the south bay. can anyone recommend one?
