I'm sure everyone has been pulled over before for stupid reasons. Sometimes cops do have a good reason for pulling you over, and other times it's for something as ridiculous as a bobble head. [I read that on FF once a long while ago :P]
I'm assuming the OP was mainly venting about being pulled over because of a sticker, which, in my opinion, is a stupid reason to pull a person over. And the ticket thing was just an added bonus. :/
On a happier note,
lets all be friends.

haha wow . yeah its just a fix it ticket, i think my hids or yellow fogs caught his attention and he looked around for something to pull me over for. I gotta get my license updated pay a processing fee by the end of 5/18/09. Hopefully like trav said it will be only 20$. I never got a ticket before so i thought this ticket ran in the hundreds and needed to vent out some anger.

Looks like some have never dealt with racist cops before. There's no law that protects you from cops from lying about pulling you over because of racial reasons. They usually cover it up with something else... I remember the first time I got pull over, I was asked, "what nationality are you?" After I answered, he finally said "You know why I pulled you over? Blah blah blah" Unfortunatly, the law gives them power to pull over anyone who they "think" is suspicious. I'm not saying that all cops abuse this power, but there's always going to be a bad apple in every tree somewhere.
