People fill in their mounts with polyurethane when the mount breaks as a cheaper alternative to buying brand new mounts, It helps a little, but generally speaking it just creates more rattles and is only a temp fix. I've heard of people using window weld as a cheaper alternative to polyurethane. On good condition mounts it is suppose to help with engine movement when launching. Energy Suspension makes motor mount inserts for most cars which do a similar job, but the problem is they only do it for certain mounts on the car.
Personally in my experience filling the mounts will snap in a week if you put down enough power.

^No prob, let me know if you really wanna do it, I've got the urethane gun and some extra tips. Just order 2 of these 3M Scotch-Weld DP601NS Urethane Adhesive
make sure you get the 50ml syringe. I'll come up and give you a hand, just buy me lunch and we'll be set.

i sold my pro-c's and i'm on eibach sportlines and oem shocks now. NIGHT and DAY difference! i miss the flat as a board handling but i am enjoying the more comfortable ride on the sportlines.
t1r s-spec dampers and a progress rear sway bar are next, probably sometime in late january.
