Afternoon everyone!

Just getting ready for Tour de Big Bear tomorrow and then Amgen Tour of California. suck half my team is in Italy for the Tour of Giro and the other half some are sick or riding different event... look like a solo ride for the King of the Mountain tomorrow....

Still absorbing the Lost finale last night. It's a lot to take in.

24 finale tonight

Two of my favorite shows ending.

I need to start watching Fringe now.

Yup! You still work for Amgen? I thought you switch to another company...

The weather was beautiful Saturday for the Tour de Big Bear and Time Trial in downtown LA and Sunday was yet another beautiful day to end the 8 day tour....Sunday I got into a crush 10 man pile-up at last leg of our races.... part of my bike is destroy and bad road burn on left side from arm pit down... but I'm fine... nothing is broken.
