It wasn't bad. My wife got scared a bit(she was in Northridge when they had that big quake) but other than that it was fine. I'll take a bunch of little earthquakes over one big one.

The heliums might look nice on your car. Go for it!

Have you been to the new Boiling Crab yet? I've been meaning to go.

I've never seen my wife run so fast. She was in the door frame of our bedroom in like 2 seconds flat.

TERRIBLE. There's a Boiling Crab, Coconut Bay(same owners of Banana Bay), a Sam Woo, and a few other places to eat. It's also across the street from a 99 Ranch

Bunch of crazy drivers there. My friends went and said the wait was like 2 hours or something crazy like that.

The earthquake woke me up. It weird because I was dreaming about being in an earthquake. BTW, the doorway is the worst place to be during an eathquake.

I woke up for my 7AM final at 5AM. I managed to sneak in another hour of sleep after the earthquake.

You live in Lincoln, right? :]

The wait at BC is aaaaaaaalways like 2+ hour wait. It's ridic. Good thing I hate seafood so I don't have to go through that wait EVER. :]

if you guys do plan on going to BC on Valley in Alhambra.. heads up in that intersection.
Cops camp that corner to cite you for not letting pedestrians cross the street.
Sometimes it's an officer dressed as a pedestrian too..

There's a few sting operations I've seen at crosswalks. Remember, wait until the pedestrian gets ALL THE WAY ACROSS before proceeding. The worst that will happen is the people behind you will honk and that's better than a ticket.

I was pissed off the last time I went to 99 Ranch and they didn't have Dungeness Crab anymore

I hate that they charge 9.99 a pound at BC.

There's a 2nd BC that will be opening up in Alhambra very soon.
It's on Main st. by 2nd. The parking, however; is not to be desired.
The Valley locations is probably best.

now it sounds like they're popping up all over the place! i wish there was one closer to the san fernando valley. a 45 minute drive on top of a 3 hour wait is not the business -__-

maybe it's out of season? our island pacific still sells dungeness but they're par-cooked and frozen :/

i've been buying the BC's shabang seasoning and doing my own thing at home. it's so much cheaper, more comfortable, less crowded, and not that hard to make. with my gf's family's restaurant permit we get bigger shrimp than BC for 4.99/lb. at restaurant depot ... the only problem is that your home smells like BC for an entire week lol

Now that's a good idea. Man I can eat tons of shrimp. I really shouldn't but sucking the head is so good. It's so bad for you though. Like the inside of the crab.

I feel like Bubba soemtimes though with the amount of shrimp I eat lol
